Thomasina creates a wide variety of crocheted products through her company, Kre8tive Chainz, from cardigans to housewares to bikinis. The rhythms of her work are passed down from her mother and grandmother, and she hopes to pass them down to her grandchildren.
"The art of crochet gives me the opportunity to create and find peace in the same way that my grandmother and mother did. I will gift the opportunity to my grandchildren when they are ready. The memories of my elders are as vivid as the colorful cotton yarns that I use; they are always with me."
